Synthia is a local-first voice assistant. We don't collect your data. We don't track you. We don't want your information. Seriously.

The Synthia Application

Synthia runs 100% locally on your machine. Your voice is processed by Whisper on your own hardware. Nothing is sent to external servers. Your data stays on your computer — that's the whole point.

This Website

This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or creepy marketing tools. The site may use essential cookies for basic functionality, but nothing that identifies you personally.

Donations

If you choose to donate, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your donation but Stripe handles all payment information. We don't store your credit card details. We won't use your email to spam you with newsletters or marketing — we don't even have a newsletter.

Contact Form

If you use our contact form, your message is sent via Formspree. We'll only use your email to respond to your inquiry. We won't add you to any lists or share your information.

Third-Party Links

Our site links to GitHub, Discord, and other platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We're not responsible for their practices — but we chose them because they're not terrible.

Changes

If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page. But honestly, our policy is "don't be creepy" and that's unlikely to change.
